The training focuses on the decisions you make every shift: when to clean your hands, which PPE to wear and how to take it off safely, how to deal with a spill, and when to report concerns. Each module includes examples for aged care, disability support, cleaning and childcare.

Do I need to create an account?+

No. Open the course and start reading. You only enter your name and email if you choose to get a certificate.

Can I do it on my phone?+

Yes. The course, assessment and payment all work on mobile.

Is this an accredited course?+

No. It is a non-accredited infection control awareness course. It is not a nationally recognised qualification and is not HLTINF006 or any other unit of competency. If a job advertisement asks specifically for a unit of competency, check with the employer before buying.
